Need Makeup Recommendations!!

Hi ladies! Long time, no blog! I am sending a shout out for help on ideas for good foundation. I don't wear it, but I think it's time... I would like something that smooths out my uneven skin tone but looks natural too. If any of you wear foundation and have discovered a fanatasic brand, please help!! Happy New Year! Yvette

Yvette...have you tried the Bare Minerals products? Awesome! I LOVE their foundation powder. Totally natural but covers great and it actually improves your skin too. (makes your pores smaller, evens out skin tone)You don't even feel like you have foundation on. I'll never go back to the liquid stuff. The price is so worth it too...one case will last several months.

oh ya...you can buy it at Sephora stores and Nordstroms now too.

I like Bare Minerals too, my sister swears by Sheer Cover (you can get it at Bed Bath and Beyond)

Yvette - No foundation? No fair! You have GORGEOUS skin!!!

I use the Jane Iredale mineral makeup. I've used it off and on for about 4 years and have really loved it. I think it's comparable to Bare Minerals, Sheer Cover, etc. I have also used the Giorgio Armani foundation a few times as well.

I prefer the mineral makeup because it's so fast and natural looking and you don't need to worry about lines but the times when my skin feels really dry I do prefer a liquid foundation.

I use Bare Minerals too! I've only used it for a few months and I love it. It is nice and light and just great.

Yvette, I'm a bare minerals girl too! Love it! I also really like the MAC powder foundation. (I can't remember the name of it) If you want we can have a little outing to the mall and I'll show you the MAC stuff and then we can check out bare minerals at Sephora. You name the day and time!

Okay, you guys TOTALLY rock! I have been considering Bare Minerals, so I'm glad to hear positive things about it! Mar, Sephora this week - I'll call you when I find out my work schedule. THank you again for answering my pleas for help - we should all write a book together called "We Know The Good Stuff" and promote it on Oprah!

I have the MAC Studio Fix and I. Love. It. I have heard awesome things about the Bare Minerals too, so I think I'll try that after the MAC is gone so I can see which one I like best. It will be hard because I seriously love this MAC Studio Fix.

I also use bare minerals. I love it but today felt really oily cause it was so humid. But since you're in Denver that shouldn't be an issue for you. I've also used MAC studio fix. I love that too!

I LOVE Benefit some kind of gorgeous foundation. It is very good on sensitive skin and doesn't dry your skin out. I have really dry skin and this stuff is awesome. Their entire line is very good. They have it at some Macy's and online. Check it out!!
