Check out Farmers Market -SLC

Downtown Farmers Market
Saturday Mornings, 8 am-1 pm
Historic Pioneer
Park (300 West 300 South)

I have always loved the Salt Lake Farmers Market. I look forward to it every year. I also enjoy the markets in Murray and Park City. They are a real treat. If you're looking forward to produce, I suggest the one in Murray. If you like the flowers, crafts, bread and a little taste of SLC restaurants, try the SLC market. You would enjoy it with friends and/or family. Some of our favorites include the salt and pepper corn, peaches from Brigham City, ripe tomatoes, crisp apples, juicy watermelon etc. Tell me what you think. New booths are added every year.

A Summer Must Have!

Okay, LADIES!!! This is a summer must have! I don't know about you but I have the worst, cracked, dry (gross) heals....but not anymore! Thanks to my mom who introduced me to the Ped Egg!! Let me just say...AMAZING! During my pregnancy I had the deepest cracks in my heals. You know the kind that bleed and feel like shards of glass are embedded with each step! Now that I'm not pregnant and can bend over or better yet, actually get my not so swollen ankle up on top of my other knee, I've used my Ped Egg 2-3 times a week just after my shower. You would not believe the difference! I know you can purchase the Ped Egg online, but I'm pretty sure I saw it at Bed Bath & Beyond! Definitely cheaper than a pedicure once a week! Get can thank me later!

I just finished reading THE HOST! I would definitely recommend reading it. I found it really interesting. It was not as gripping as Twilight, but really good still. I find Stephanie Meyer has a way of making you really feel what the characters are experiencing and this book was no different. I would love to know what you all think, so let me/us know if you have read it!

Places to go in the city...

Just wanted to share this.

Looking for a new cut/color/massage etc. You'll love Dexterity and their quickies - half the time, half the money and the best you'll ever have.

Cafe Niche is right next to door - breakfast, lunch (daily x Mon.) and dinner (Fri & Sat with live Jazz). Cafe Niche participates in the Salt Lake Gallery Stroll
- Local art on the walls
- fresh food, remarkable flavor
- cozy place to visit or chill

This is a great find in the city - just follow Broadway up to 800 east and look to your left (300south)
