Okay...here's the thing. I for sure think he looks the part...the pale skin, reddish hair, and he's got a jaw line and chin that speaks vampire. His nose is a little odd to me though...a little flat. I'm coming around but he's not a staggeringly handsome as I would've hoped. This boy had better be a darn good actor. He's got some big shoes to fill. I can't even begin to imagine the pressure he feels to be a vampire boyfriend to millions of adolescent girls, millions of crazy moms and a handful of really super crazy moms. There are MILLIONS of us that he needs to make fall in love with Edward on the big screen. Bottom line??? He's still better in my imagination.
I'm still not convinced but don't worry, I'll be there opening night!
Not all the way convinced yet but I'm sure after the seeing him onscreen for 5 minutes as Edward I'll be smitten. I must say I diddo Julie with the MILLIONS of different age women needing to be in love with him....that is a lot of pressure!

I'm with Julie, I'm not convinced yet....let's see how the acting is! This movie could totally launch this guy into super-stardom!
Great comment Julie!! (you nailed it right on) I agree that he totally looks like a vampire...just not the Edward vampire I'm thinking in my head. Still can't wait to see the movie though and who knows...maybe he will sweep me off my feet? We'll see.
The teeth are inviting and when they showed the pics of him ON SCREEN that helped. I am still sad he is not the demi-god we had hoped for. BUT, you put a good filter on the camera and add a few effects and hey, we may ALL be dreaming of him in a few short months!
PARTY IN OUR CUL-DE-SAC that AUG 1st. I'll let you know details, but we will ROCK IT! We have people flying in for it, so we are SURE to make it PLEASE! I promise!
