***ok girls, just a follow up on this post. I thought this 'contraption' was the most preposterous thing/alternative I've ever laid eyes on. no it is not a joke, people actually use these things...i guess. judging by your comments so far, i guess this could be labeled "not good stuff" :) sharn, if you're the site moderator, feel free to delete this post, so we don't have to keep looking at it! :) ***

I have never heard or even seen one of these things. Looks interesting though. I'll be interested to know what everyone else says!
Interesting find Angie! The concept really is great. However, I don't know how much fun I would have cleaning it out. I'm way to clutsy!! I prefer the "quickly disposable, I don't wanna see what's going on in there, flush it quick and now!" approach. I guess I'll spend the $400 dollars over the next ten years on my Playtex Sport ( soft round tip) tampons- love those babies. I can see how the Keeper could be really beneficial for certain ladies, and situations though. (=
Is that a joke??? Seems a little weird!
That's weird. I don't think i could reuse it-that's too much-I want to toss and move onto something new. THis is something similar that I use that is disposable and has no rise of TSS and can be worn a lot longer.

You can typically get them at Target etc.
Barf. I was starring at it trying to figure it out. I guess I am not so creative. But regardless, sick! :)
My Sister in Law uses this product and swears by it. Not so much for me but she DOES love it.
REuseable tampon? My first thought is you've got to be kidding...ewwww, disgusting, messy and no thank you!
However on second thought this might be a good backup thing to keep in your emergency storage or throw in a 72 hour kit??
no thanks, I'm open to change but not that open.
I'm totally with Kacey. Maybe not something to use every month but for sure a good idea for emergency kits.
That is interestingly weird!! It took me a while to figure it out, but after reading more about it, it is an interesting item. I know for those times when you don't have an extra tampon in your purse when you thought you did, this would come in handy. I think putting one in a 72 hour kit or your emergency preparedness stuff is a good idea. Don't know if I could use it under any other circumstances!
you guys remember "instead" that they used to market a few years ago? when we were in college, we ordered some and forced heidi to try one on...similar type of device. gross if you ask me. i need a string.
