Okay, so I never really publicly admit that I like hot dogs. But I do. I love everything about them. I love corn dogs, regular hot dogs, polish dogs, hot dogs with cheese, smoked sausages, brauts, should I go on? So in my attempt to shrink my waistline, I found these gems. They are smoked turkey sausages with cheddar. They are simply divine and seriously so delicious! They are only 120 calories, 6 grams of fat, and 10 GRAMS OF PROTEIN! Another staple of my diet now. They are super good sliced up with sauteed cabbage and butter. I think I'll have another for lunch today!

Before my first pregnancy I never ate hotdogs but ever since having both my kids...I have loved them! With a picky three year old that is main staple in our household and of course I happen to eat one with her every now and then. Thanks for the tip! Good + Lowfat = a happy Mom!

Oh Sharn, those look yucky. The only hotdogs I will even TOUCH, must be cooked by me and must be the 94% fat free Hebrew Nation ones!! But you go girl... :) Love ya!
